Bell & Spina is part of a team chosen for design of exterior rehabilitation and renovations on the historic Courthouse, built in 1907. Numerous improvements to the roof and building envelope include replacement/repointing of limestone and granite walls, cleaning/replacement of copper roof panels, cleaning/replacement of art glass, illumination of main building dome, repair/replacement of exterior lighting, and new windows and doors.
