Roof and Skylight Replacement

Bell & Spina was called in to evaluate the building and determine the cause of the water infiltration that had plagued the building since its construction. After an initial assessment, it was determined that the skylight connection system did not take into account structural movement within the cantilevered galleries as outdoor temperatures fluctuated. Bell & Spina provided a long-term solution to the leaking skylights and design services for a new roof. Existing skylights were replaced and a new window system was installed while maintaining the original aesthetic intent of the architecture.
