For the last two building condition surveys, Bell & Spina has teamed with the Syracuse CSD Department of Facilities and Construction to report the condition of the District’s roofs. Our firm maintains a roof database of all work performed in the District, including reports on the condition of every building. The survey provides the District with a tool to develop their Maintenance Program and their Five Year Capital Improvement Plan.
