Bell & Spina conducted exterior condition investigations on 35 buildings which comprise Slocum Heights student housing at the University. Elements such as metal stairs, slabs, handrails, masonry, fascias, soffits, windows, doors, and site issues were examined and then categorized and prioritized into three levels: life/safety items, items needing immediate attention, and items to consider during capital improvement budgeting.
