With over 40 years in the profession, Dennis Spina has developed a specialized expertise in building envelope design, performance and forensics, which is the investigative process to identify why building systems have failed, particularly roofs, masonry and windows. His experience includes projects for K-12, Higher Education, Commercial, Healthcare, Municipal, Correctional, and Not-for-Profit clients. Dennis is a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC), Exterior Wall Consultant (REWC) and Exterior Wall Observer (REWO) IIBEC/ International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (formerly RCI, Inc.) and is also NYS DOL/AHERA Asbestos Project Designer.
